I’m Karolina, a London-based career and executive coach with 12+ years’ experience in Big Tech, including Google and Meta. I combine accredited coach training with real-world corporate experience and a deep understanding of the pressures women face as they grow, lead, return to work, and redefine success at different stages of their careers.
As a mum of two, I also understand the realities of balancing ambition, leadership, identity, and family life - particularly during transitions such as maternity leave and return to work.
