Why work with me?

I’m Karolina, a London-based career and executive coach with 12+ years’ experience in Big Tech, including Google and Meta. I combine accredited coach training with real-world corporate experience and a deep understanding of the pressures women face as they grow, lead, return to work, and redefine success at different stages of their careers.


As a mum of two, I also understand the realities of balancing ambition, leadership, identity, and family life - particularly during transitions such as maternity leave and return to work.


My approach is warm, practical, reflective, and grounded in helping women move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Maternity Return Coaching

A focused three-session coaching package to support employees before maternity leave and during the transition back to work.


This package is designed to help women prepare for leave, return with confidence, and create a sustainable way of working as they transition back into their professional role.


The three sessions include:


Session 1: Preparing for maternity leave
Supporting the employee to prepare for the transition, think through communication and boundaries, and leave work with greater clarity and confidence.

Session 2: Returning to work
Supporting the emotional and practical transition back into the workplace, including confidence, identity, expectations, and changed priorities.

Session 3: Settling back in
Reviewing what is working, identifying pressure points, strengthening boundaries, and creating a sustainable way forward.

This workshop can support women to:
